Board meetings occur each month, except in June (when it is replaced by the annual meeting) and December (no meeting). They occur mid-week in the early evening.

Residents wishing to attend must contact the board to be placed on the agenda no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date. Please provide your name, address, e-mail, phone and topic(s) in your e-mail or phone message.

Please note that the meeting date/time/location may change at any time. The board will strive to avoid such changes within a period of 72 hours prior to the meeting date/time.

Should such a change occur, the board will contact residents who have been added to the agenda by their preferred contact method (phone/e-mail).
